About Us
Our Story
We initially opened in Harrisonburg, VA in 2015 as a gym and sports rehabilitative clinic. Over time we had the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds attempting to manage through pain.
In 2018, we began offering remote consultation and programming to knock down barriers to access for those in similar situations. We have grown tremendously in experience and operations since our initial opening.
Today, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re all used to accessing health related services remotely, but this wasn’t the case in 2018. We became experts in how to provide high quality consultation and coaching services remotely. We’ve removed significant barriers to care and hundreds of people have benefits as a result. We hope you are willing to trust us to help through your pain experience, while guiding the path to your goals.
